1. Overview

We at AstroSageSeva are committed to delivering your personalized astrology services on time and with complete transparency.
Our shipping policy explains the process, timelines, and methods for delivering both digital and physical kundali orders.


2. Types of Deliveries

(a) Digital Kundali (Email / PDF Reports):

  • Delivery Mode: Sent via registered Email ID provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Time: Within 12–48 hours after successful payment and submission of correct birth details.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A confirmation email with the attached Kundali PDF will be sent from our official email address.

Example:
If you order a Digital Kundali on 5th October at 5:00 PM, you can expect delivery by 6th October evening (in most cases earlier).


(b) Physical Kundali (Printed Report / Booklet):

  • Delivery Mode: Sent via Courier or India Post to the address provided at checkout.
  • Dispatch Time: Within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Usually 7–10 business days (depending on the destination and courier service).
  • Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/Email once your package is shipped.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, festivals, or logistic disruptions beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital Kundali: No shipping charges (free email delivery).
  • Physical Kundali: Standard courier charges may apply, depending on the customer’s location.
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
AstroSageSeva shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Example:
If the user enters “Sector 5” but omits “House No.” or “Pin Code,” delivery may fail. Please double-check address fields before confirming your order.


5. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver Digital Kundali worldwide via email.
Physical Kundali delivery outside India is available on request and may involve additional courier and customs charges. Please contact our support before placing an international physical order.


6. Order Tracking & Support

Once your order is processed:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS immediately after payment.
  • For physical orders, you’ll receive a Tracking Number once dispatched.
  • For digital orders, the report will be emailed directly to your inbox.

7. Non-Delivery / Delayed Orders

In rare cases of delay or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (postal delays, natural calamities, or incorrect data entry), AstroSageSeva will:

  • For Digital Kundali: Resend the report once the issue is verified.
  • For Physical Kundali: Re-dispatch or issue replacement after courier verification.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once a digital Kundali is emailed or a courier tracking number is shared, the delivery shall be considered completed from our end.
Customers are advised to check their Spam/Junk Email Folder before contacting support.
