AstroSageSeva – Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Kundali PDF/Email)
All Digital Kundali and astrology reports are non-refundable, as they are personalized and generated based on customer details. However, if there is a technical issue (e.g., non-delivery or file corruption), we will resend the report at no additional cost.

2. Physical Products (Printed Kundali)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed Kundali, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo or unboxing video). After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders for Digital Kundali cannot be canceled once the report is generated or sent. Orders that have not yet been processed may be canceled upon immediate request.

4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Proof Requirement
For any damage or non-delivery claims, customers must provide appropriate proof (screenshots, photos, or delivery receipt).

6. Jurisdiction
All refund and return-related disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan, India.
